Bring a true Spanish conservas bar experience to your home with this Conservas Ortiz Selection. Each pack contains three iconic Ortiz specialities: Cantabrian anchovies, Bonito del Norte (Tuna) and Sardinas a la Antigua, all presented in handy multi‑packs for generous sharing or stocking your pantry.

Ortiz anchovies are sourced from the cold waters of the Cantabrian Sea and fished during the spring season, when their flavour and texture are at their peak. The fillets are matured in salt in barrels for a minimum of six months, then carefully cleaned and hand‑filleted before being covered in olive oil, creating a firm yet silky texture and a deep, savoury intensity. Just lay them on good bread with butter or drizzle over roasted peppers for an instant restaurant‑quality tapa.

The Bonito del Norte is premium albacore tuna, traditionally caught one by one with rod and line along the northern Spanish coast, helping to protect both the fish quality and the marine environment. Packed in olive oil, it offers large, tender flakes and a clean, delicate flavour that shines in salads, bocadillos or a classic Spanish ensaladilla.

Finally, Ortiz sardines “a la antigua” are prepared following an old‑style recipe: the fresh Sardina pilchardus are lightly fried in olive oil and then packed by hand, one by one, before canning. This gentle process preserves their juicy texture and gives an unmistakable, rounded flavour, perfect with crusty bread, roasted vegetables or simply with a squeeze of lemon.

Together, these three conservas create a ready‑made Spanish seafood board of for whatever you are preparing. Keep your cupboard stocked as they have very long shelf lives.
