Made from raw sheep’s milk and matured in natural rind for at least 7 months, this mature cheese originates in the province of Valladolid and more specifically from Peñafiel, which is also at the heart of the famous Ribera del Duero wine region.
Important Note:
This product comes with mould on the outside. Rest assured this is normal for this cheese since it is an essential part of the aging process.
