Delicious Iberian cured tenderloin pork, lomo de bellota, by JOSELITO . Smoked in natural wood-burning fireplaces followed by a natural curing process of more than six months in the centuries old Joselito drying sheds.

Joselito pork tenderloin has a reddish appearance in different shades, from an intense plum red, through carmine to a dull vermilion, which combines with the unmistakable juiciness provided by the trimming of fine fat. White fat lines intermingle to give rise to a piece with immense flavour and fragrant aroma. A totally natural food, with no preservatives or additives that form part of a healthy and balanced diet thanks to its high protein value.

Within the categories of Ibeiran pork products, there are a couple brands that act as reference points for any Spanish person with any knowledge of Spanish gourmet. These are Cinco Jotas (5J) and Joselito.
To be served any product from these producers is a special treat and usually reserved for those occasions only.
