This Iberian charcuterie selection from includes some of Spain’s most loved cured meats, offering a balanced mix of flavour, texture, and richness. The jamón adds delicate savoury depth and the unmistakable character of traditional Spanish cured ham, while the lomo brings a firmer texture and a leaner, meaty bite with classic cured flavour.

For a bolder touch, the chorizo contributes its distinctive paprika-led character and fuller seasoning, giving the board warmth and colour. The salchichón offers a smoother, gentler contrast, making it especially good alongside cheese, bread, olives, and other tapas favourites.

The fifth meat, cabecero de cerdo curado, is cut from the marbled head end of the loin near the neck, which gives it a softer texture and richer flavour than standard cured loin. That extra marbling makes it especially enjoyable on a sharing board, adding a more succulent and indulgent slice to the overall selection.
