Embutidos Palcarsa is located in León, in what many may consider the heart of Spanish sausage country (some will argue with that assertion).
Since 1946 this family run business has been producing a wide variety of cured sausages, hams and much more, all being produced to certified quality standards.
This particular chorizo is a Vega del Tuerto, which refers to the fertile plain from which its ingredients are sourced. The “Plain of the Tuerto River”.
Recognized both nationally and internationally, Chorizo de León is much more than a foodstuff.
