What are Regañas?
Regañas are a type of Spanish cracker or bread, typically made from wheat flour. They are thin, hard, and have a rustic flavour. Panceliac’s gluten-free Regañas are made with a flour blend that captures the essence of the traditional recipe while being suitable for those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
Regañas and picos are both popular Spanish snacks, but there are some key differences between them. Regañas are typically larger and flatter than picos. They also have a slightly different texture, with regañas being a bit crunchier and harder than picos. Additionally, regañas may be flavoured with ingredients like tomato, oregano, or fuet, while picos are usually plain.

Regañá [corn starch, rice flour, yeast, invert sugar syrup, sugar, salt, olive oil, bamboo fiber,
stabilizers (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar gum, disodium diphosphate), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate)],
seasoning [tomato powder, corn maltodextrin, flavouring and oregano], sunflower oil.
