A classic taste of Spain with this Boadas 1880 Serrano Ham Reserva. Its 14 month curing process results in a deep, complex flavour and a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Enjoy thinly sliced on its own, paired with breadsticks, manchego cheese and marcona almonds together with a dry Verdejo. It also adds a touch of sophistication to sandwiches, salads, and tapas. It is not out of place on a charcuterie board.

Five generations of tradition go into this Boadas 1880 Serrano Ham Reserva.
Crafted from the finest white pigs in Salamanca, this ham undergoes a meticulous 14 month curing process which results in the development of a rich, nuanced flavour and a delicate aroma.

Boadas started in the ham production business in 1880, in Girona. Five generations later and they are still a fmaily business but they produce ham in the same traditional ways and have expanded across Spain to source the best pigs, land and fodder for their produce. Serrano ham is what they are best known for, though they also make Iberian hams and cured meats. 

Most of their serrnao hams are produced in Salamanca, a famour region for pig farming in Spain.
