Cured Meats (Paleta, Surtido, Fuet)
Before Opening: Store in a cool, dry place. After Opening: Store slices in the refrigerator wrapped in cling film or a sealed container. Consume within 3-5 days. Allow to reach room temperature before serving for best flavour.
 
Cheeses (Manchego, Idiazábal)
Before Opening: Keep refrigerated. After Opening: Wrap in wax paper or a cheese cloth (avoid tight plastic if possible) and refrigerate. Consume within 10-15 days.
 
Torta del Casar
Storage:Keep refrigerated. Serving: Bring to room temperature at least 2 hours before serving to allow the centre to become creamy. Once the top is sliced off, cover with the lid/rind and consume within 5-7 days.
 
Jars (Membrillo, Mermelada, Crema Boletus, Peppers, Olives)
Before Opening: Store in a cool, dark cupboard.  After Opening: Keep refrigerated and consume within 7-10 days (Olives/Peppers) or 3-4 weeks (Jams/Membrillo).
 
Tinned Seafood (Mejillones)
Before Opening: Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf Life of approx 2 years. After Opening: Transfer any unconsumed contents to a non-metallic container, refrigerate, and consume within 24 hours.
 
Dry Goods (Crackers, Almonds, Paprika, EVOO)
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep packages sealed after opening to maintain crunch/freshness.
