What are Regañas?

Additionally, regañas may be flavoured with ingredients like tomato, oregano, or fuet, while picos are usually plain.

Corn starch, water, rice flour, yeast, invert sugar syrup, olive oil, sugar, salt,
stabilizers (guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium diphosphate),
raising agent (sodium bicarbonate).
