Made from pasteurized whole goat’s milk, calcium chloride, salt, rennet and lactic ferments.
This semi-cured smoked blended cheese has a caramel color on the outside.
Flavour and Odour: Very little acidity, weak lactic.
Appearance on cutting: compact, closed, with some small eyes regularly distributed.
Texture: medium roughness, somewhat moist and weak elasticity.

Ingredients

40% minimum pasteurized whole cow's milk, 15% minimum pasteurized whole goat's milk, stabilizer: calcium chloride, salt, chymosin and lactic ferments.

Contains milk and derivatives.
