About Our Spanish Chorizo
Chorizo is one of Spain's most iconic cured meats, made from coarsely ground pork seasoned with
pimentón (Spanish paprika), garlic, and salt. At Toma, we carry chorizo from several distinct Spanish regions, each with its own character.
Our
Ibérico chorizo, including the
Covap Esenciaunica and
Aljomar Cular, comes from acorn-fed Iberian pigs, giving it an exceptionally rich, complex flavour that sets it apart from anything you'll find in an Irish supermarket.
Our
Riojano Extra chorizos from Artysan are made in the traditional style of La Rioja, while our Asturian chorizo from Vallina reflects the smokier, more robust character of northern Spain.
