Coosur Squizz Organic EVOO
You read the labels. So do we.
For some cooks, knowing exactly what’s in their food isn’t a preference — it’s a requirement. The Coosur Squizz Ecológico was made for exactly those people.
This is a certified organic extra virgin olive oil, produced from picual olives grown in organically managed groves in Jabalquinto, Jaén, Andalusia. No synthetic pesticides. No herbicides. No chemical fertilisers. Just olives, grown as they were grown for centuries before modern farming shortcuts arrived, cold-pressed into oil and bottled at source.
The result is a clean, bright, fresh extra virgin olive oil with all the intensity and character you expect from a Jaén Picual, and none of the compromises you might worry about elsewhere.
How to use it:
This is primarily a finishing and raw-use oil. Use it wherever the oil itself is doing the flavour work:
• Raw over salads — dress directly from the squeeze bottle for even, controlled coverage
• Drizzled over fresh bread, tomatoes, or grilled vegetables
• Finishing soups, pasta, or roasted dishes just before serving
• In cold dressings and marinades where you want a clean, grassy flavour
• Anywhere you would normally use the Cosecha Temprana, but want certified organic provenance
The precision squeeze nozzle means no waste and no over-application — especially useful when you’re using a premium organic product that you want to make last.
Produced and bottled at the Coosur mill in Vilches, Jaén. Certified organic. 100% EVOO. No preservatives. Suitable for vegans.
Important Note To Customer: This olive oil is not the Graza Olive Brand that is commonly available in the United States and elsewhere. However, it comes from the same olive groves, same variety (picual), same Spanish region and is produced in the same way as the Graza brand. You’re just getting it more direct and without all the millions spent on branding. It is also pacakged in the same style squeezable dispensers.
We make no bones about it because the Spanish have been producing this same EVOO for centuries and Spanish chefs have been using these dispenser designs for decades.
