Salchichón de Toledo – A traditional coarse‑ground cured sausage from the Toledo region, made from Iberian pork and seasoned with black pepper and select spices (no paprika), delivering a robust, peppery flavour with a firm, meaty texture.
Lomo Embuchado – Premium cured pork loin, hand‑trimmed and stuffed into a natural casing, then air‑cured with paprika, garlic, and oregano; lean, tender, with deep red meat marbled with delicate fat and a refined, aromatic taste.
Chorizo Ibérico Extra – High‑quality Iberian chorizo distinguished by its deep red colour from rich paprika (pimentón), featuring a coarsely chopped blend of Iberian pork lean meat and fat, with bold, smoky‑spicy flavour and characteristic garlic notes.
