The Torta del Casar Moment

Begin with the Torta del Casar at room temperature. Cut off the top rind with a knife (where the curve straightens out), then scoop its creamy interior onto the crackers (regañás). A truly luxurious starter.

Cured Meats (Ham, Chorizo, Salchichón, Fuet): Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3-5 days. Best served at room temperature to allow the fats to soften.

Torta del Casar Cheese: Keep refrigerated between 4°C and 8°C. Important: Allow to stand at room temperature for at least 2-3 hours before serving to achieve the signature creamy texture.

Paté & Mussels: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days.

Jam & EVOO: Store in a cool, dry place. Jam should be refrigerated after opening.
