Charcuterie (Jamón, Lomo, Chorizo)
Before Opening: Store in a cool, dry place. After Opening: Store slices in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days. Allow slices to warm to room temperature (30 minutes) before serving for best flavour.
 
Cheeses (Queso de Oveja, Queso de Cabra y Vaca)
Before Opening: Keep refrigerated or in a cool place (these are mature cheeses so do no need very cold temperatures). After Opening: Wrap tightly in wax paper (not cling film) to allow the cheese to breathe and return to the refrigerator. Consume within 10 days.
 
Crema de Boletus Y Trufa
Before Opening: Store in a cool, dark location. After Opening: Keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Regañás Crackers
Store in a cool, dark, dry place. Keep away from direct heat or light. EVOO does not require refrigeration.
