Preparation and use:
Open and soak for 8-12 hours before cooking. Use soft water. During cooking do not leave the beans uncovered and if necessary add cold water.

Smoked MORCILLA: Pork bacon, onion, blood, paprika, salt. Casing: natural beef casing treated with preservative (E-202). Cured PANCETA: Pork belly, salt, preservatives (E-252, E-250). Cured Lacón piece: Lacón pork, salt, preservatives (E-252, E-250).
