Embutidos Vallina was founded in 1902 and they make a wide variety of stuffed/cured/blood sausages, making them great ambassadors of Asturian gastronomy.

Ingredients

Chorizo Asturiano: Lean pork and pork jowl, paprika, salt, garlic, preservatives (E-250,E-252), dextrose. Wrapped in natural pork casing treated with preservatives (E-202,E-235).

Morcilla Asturiana: Pork bacon, onion, pork blood, paprika and salt. Natural pork casing treated with preservatives (E-202, E-235).

Cured Panceta: Pork bacon, salt, preservatives (E-252,E-250).
