Rice blood sausage with vegetables (leek) produced in natural casing with quality ingredients, namely; rice (PDO Arroz de Valencia), paprika (PDO Pimentón de la Vera), the most aromatic variety of pepper (special Tellycherry), as well as lard and blood exclusively from pork all made in the traditional way.

Morcilla is a blood sausage quite similiar to black pudding with the main exception that it is made from bovine blood as opposed to pig’s blood. The province of Burgos in Castilla y León is the most famous region in Spain for this product.
Serving suggestions: Fried, roasted, grilled, barbecued and in traditional stews.
