Crafted with high-quality Duroc pork, renowned for its excellent meat and fat composition, this chorizo is a testament to generations of Spanish charcuterie expertise. The signature sweet flavour comes from the careful selection of lean pork, combined with the distinctive, sweet Spanish paprika (pimentón), garlic, and salt, all natural ingredients. The chorizo is traditionally cured in a “sarta” (horseshoe/stringed) shape, which is firm and compact, with a natural casing that ensures perfect maturation.
