Spanish charcuterie board with iberian hams and other meat products

Another premium quality Iberian cured meat from the Iberian pig – acorn-fed pork tenderloin (lomo de bellota). Sourced from free-range pigs raised on a diet of acorns and natural pasture, this exceptional product offers unparalleled flavour.
The thenderloin (lomo), undergoes a meticulous curing process, resulting in a delicate balance of saltiness and sweetness. The meat boasts a deep, ruby-red coloUr and a marbled appearance, indicative of its high-quality fat content.

Remember, when you have the words “Iberian” and “Bellota” in any cured meat you know it is a quality product. “Iberian” refers to the breed of the pig and “bellota” is Spanish for acorn, so the pig is fed a diet of acorns and always forages for this itself as it is free to roam the prairies to do so.
