Rios Vegetable Blood Sausage
Morcilla is a blood sausage quite similiar to black pudding with the main exception that it is made from bovine blood as opposed to pig’s blood. The province of Burgos in Castilla y León is the most famous region in Spain for this product.
Serving suggestions: Fried, roasted, grilled, barbecued and in traditional stews.

Ingredients of the highest quality, including extra category rice (D.O. Arroz de Valencia), extra paprika (D.O. Pimentón de la Vera), using the most aromatic variety of pepper (special Tellycherry), as well as lard and blood exclusively from pigs, following a traditional recipe.
