This Mixed Cheese Board is composed of:
  • Blue cheese
  • Semi-cured goat’s cheese
  • Soft cheese (mixed milk)
  • Semi-cured mixed milk cheese.
  • Basilio Cheese – semi-cured, smoked with chilli and paprika.
Blue cheese: Thermized milk, salt, lactic ferments, microbial coagulate, stabilizer (calcium chloride) and penicillum roqueforti. 
Semicured goat's cheese: Pastuerised goat's milk, salt, stabilizer (calcium chloride), rennet, lactic ferments, rind (preservatives E-235. colourings E-150a, E-160b(ii). Inedible rind. 
Mixed soft cheese: Pasteurised cow's milk (min 50%), goat's milk (min. 10%) and sheep's milk (min 10%), salt, stabilizer (calcium chloride), chymosin and lactic ferments.
Semi-cured mixed cheese: Pasteurised cow's milk (min 75%), goat's milk (min. 3%) and sheep's milk (min 3%), salt, stabilizer (calcium chloride), chymosin and lactic ferments, preservatives E-235, E202, colouring E-150a, E-160b(ii). Inedible rind.,
