Semi-cured mixed cheese: Pasteurised cow’s milk (min 75%), goat’s milk (min. 3%) and sheep’s milk (min 3%), salt, stabilizer (calcium chloride), chymosin and lactic ferments, preservatives E-235, E202, colouring E-150a, E-160b(ii). Inedible rind.,
